Empowering Women in Business

Are you a woman in the Bismarck-Mandan business world looking to expand your professional network? Well, this class is made for you! Not only will you meet other women in the area, but you will also learn from relevant topics that women face in every day.

Cohort Mission:
To bring women together to learn, discuss and hit on hard truths of what it means to be a woman leader in business. This cohort explores leadership lessons whether you are a first time leader, have been in a leadership role for some time, or you want to learn more about leadership.

Goals:

• Address unique challenges that women face every day in business.
• Learn how to challenge professional norms and how you can make your career work around your professional and personal goals.
• Network with other professional women in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
• Build confidence in your leadership skill set.

Frequency:

• Every month on 3^rd Tuesday of the month
  (Beginning in April, ending in September)
• 3 hour meeting from 11am-2pm (lunch provided)
• Attendance at all sessions is critical.
